Kingdom Catalysts ("we," "us," or "our") operates kcatalysts.org and the Strategic Prayer & Prophecy (SPP) app at spp.kcatalysts.org. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

• Contact and inquiries: your name, email address, organization, and any message you send us.
• Account and signup: your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and the subscription level you choose.
• SPP content: prayer requests, orders, and related details you submit through the SPP app.

Information from Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us. We do not receive your Google password or access to your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or files.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only limited details, such as the last four digits of your card and your billing status.

Technical information

Like most websites, our servers record basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. The SPP app uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in.

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in
• To provide SPP services and respond to your requests
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send account emails, such as confirmations, receipts, and password resets
• To answer your questions and provide support
• To keep our services secure and working properly

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google User Data

We use the name, email address, and profile picture provided by Google Sign-In only to create your SPP account, sign you in, and show your name and picture inside the app. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the service providers listed below who help us run SPP. You can remove our access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, including:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, sign-in, and email delivery
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google: sign-in and email

These providers may use your information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and ministry.

Third-Party Content

Our website includes content from other services, such as videos hosted on Vimeo and fonts from Google Fonts. Those services may collect information under their own privacy policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing support@kcatalysts.org.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
