Who We Are
We exist to inspire, support, and walk alongside individuals and organizations assigned to bring the reality of God's Kingdom into every sphere of influence.
Our mission is to establish a global platform that supports, inspires, and walks with individuals assigned to bring a greater revelation and reality of the Kingdom of God in commerce.
Also known as Glenndolf the White
Glenn has been in the business arena for over 30 years across a variety of industries and positions — working with and owning for-profit companies and leading non-profit organizations, with an emphasis in sales & marketing, donor development, and organizational leadership.
He has served in the missions and business training field in over 20 countries, focusing on humanitarian aid, economic development, and micro-business training — often accompanied by his wife and three children.
Glenn founded Kingdom Catalysts as an international platform to establish connection, training, and hands-on guidance for individuals and organizations in their sphere of influence. He served 2 years with YWAM Chico/Mission Builders and 2 years as Director of the Bethel School of Supernatural Business under Kris Vallotton and Bill Johnson.
He is also President and CEO of Businesstry — producing Kingdom business curriculum and training materials used worldwide, which serve as the foundation of the Kingdom Catalysts Institute and Guide Certification program.
These values shape every relationship, process, and decision within Kingdom Catalysts.
01
We operate from a place of citizenship in God's Kingdom — not just as visitors. Our identity, authority, and assignment flow from our residency in His Kingdom.
02
Transformation begins within. We pursue character before competence — knowing that lasting Kingdom impact is built on who we are, not just what we do.
03
Every person carries a piece of what God is building. We honor the dignity and uniqueness of every individual, welcoming diverse voices into the process of Kingdom expansion.
04
We lead with honesty, transparency, and vulnerability. The Kingdom is built on truth — and we commit to operating from a place of genuine faith rather than performance.
